I have Been riding my bike everywhere for the past 4 months now non stop.It feels great getting to know this city a little bit better. two weeks ago i volunteered for a bike event put on by the new belgium brewing company and got free beer and shit.Im working at a fancy food and cafe market downtown,and not really getting paid enough but im looking for another job. I have been seeing a lot of shows lately joanna newsom, sigur ros, sunset rub down, the islands, the minus story, and ill be seeing mount eerie on the 20th. so all in all like there in chicago isn't all that bad,I still plan on moving to portland sometime soon. well once i get the money saved and if i get a nice paying job here soon that will likely happen in a year or so.
